Redistributable - 21 MB download, 32.7 MB in Winnt\Microsoft.NET folder, don't know total disk space for installation?
Note - this is enough to host ASP.NET pages with on-demand compiling of script code (using csc), etc. So what *else* do you get with framework SDK?
